Nothing but KK+ wants a raised pot out of position at 1000bb. The rest of the range is there to flop the world or leave.
3-betting is nearly reserved for the top of the deck. Position and nut potential dictate everything else; offsuit broadways are mostly gone.
Closing the action against a middle open. Wider than the EP defense, same discipline: suited and connected in, dominated offsuit out.
Assumes a ~4bb open; 3-bet to ~3x the open in position, ~4x from the blinds – larger as stacks deepen.
