Small pairs and low suited aces arrive with the implied odds; ATo and KJo are the first offsuit casualties.
Implied odds arrive. Every pocket pair and connected suited hand gains; weak offsuit broadways start bleeding reverse implied odds and get trimmed first.
Middle position opens are still into five or six players. The range grows from EP, but the same discipline about dominated offsuit hands applies.
Assumes a live-standard open to ~4bb, raise-or-fold. In straddled games, halve your effective big blinds and read the chart at that depth.
